Cape Coral hosts many pleasant surprises. Some friends and I recently spent a pleasant evening at Nemo’s Sports Bistro at Bowland in Cape Coral. Along with a bowling alley brimming with activity, there is Nemo’s Cafe where diners can relax, play pool and darts, watch live sports, and order bar fare like drinks, wings, and pizza.
If you’re midtown and near Park Avenue, and especially during lunchtime check it out. You might see a famous athlete, television or movie star. One never knows who they will see in The Big Apple or at The Regency Bar and Grill. PS. I saw Ramona Singer from The Real Housewives of New York City. It was a fun sighting!

Attentive and friendly serving staff brought fresh bread with olive oil and drinks almost immediately, seating was comfortable and quiet. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious.
A delicious dining experience with attentive staff and great ambiance. The North End is a fabulous place to explore and should be part of your itinerary for experiencing the rich variety of cultural and historical landmarks of one of our oldest cities.
Cuban food is a marvelous benefit of visiting South Florida. We’ve been to a few Cuban restaurants and keep returning to El Tropical in Cape Coral. They serve fresh, delicious fare and offer a large variety of authentic recipes. The staff is friendly and attentive and the service is excellent. Seating is homey and comfortable and local patrons rave about the selections, including those with a Cuban heritage .
The Bryant Park Grill next to the New York Public Library hosts a great menu and both indoor and outdoor seating.
