It was another cold Monday evening when I met my friend in the TriBeCa area (not a soul around) at the relatively new French brasserie Fouquet. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the new TriBeCa hotel, Hotel Barriere Fouquet, and marks the 11th Fouquet location. The hotel is also home to the speak-easy-inspired Bar Titsou and a second casual dining space, Par Ici Cafe.
Jazz, avant-garde music, and dance reinforce dramatic meaning in Help at the Shed Theater, a comfortable new space.
