NEW YORK – Fashion Week Supports American Heart Association – An amazing extravaganza for a Fashion Week Charity Show supporting the mission of the American Heart Association was presented by CDCD Productions. This great two-hour session took place at DCTV87 Lafayette Street. Before the American Heart Association was established people with heart disease were thought little or no positive outcomes.

The Winter Show: Supporting The East Side House Settlement

NEW YORK, NY – The Winter Show: Supporting The East Side House Settlement, which has served people in need for 130 years. Philanthropic lawyer Everett Wheeler founded the organization in 1891 on the Upper East Side House. Wheeler and a small group of volunteers “settled” in the neighborhood and crafted a mission to serve the community through education.

Clemente Soto Vélez Cultural and Educational Center Accessibility Project launched on January 6, 2024, during the company’s annual Three Kings Day celebration, marks a historic moment for the 1897-built, six-story, 100,000 square foot building. Elected officials, community leaders, and The Clemente’s artistic community gathered at 3 pm to celebrate this milestone, symbolizing our commitment to inclusivity and accessibility.

TNC PRESENTS ITS 49th ANNUAL THUNDERBIRD AMERICAN INDIAN DANCERS’ POW-WOW AND DANCE CONCERT JAN. 12 TO 21

Theater for the New City, 155 First Avenue, will present its 49th annual Thunderbird American Dancers Pow Wow and Dance Concert from January 12 to 21, 2024. There will be dances, stories, and traditional music from Native Peoples of the Northeast, Southwest, and Great Plains regions. The event has become a treasured New York tradition for celebrating our diversity by honoring the culture of our first Americans.  TNC donates all proceeds from the event to college scholarship funds for Native American students.
