I loved the spaciousness of Cathédrale French restaurant with its delicious Mediterranean cuisine that painted a picture of the coastal cuisine of Southern France, with brushstrokes of Italy, Spain, and Greece.
My choice of the salmon at Nice Matin was one of the finest I’ve ever had. The combination of the salmon on the lentils with shaved raw Brussels sprouts cooked in lemon vinaigrette was off-the-charts amazing. Fabulous!
While Via Quadronno is best known for its cappuccino and panini sandwiches, they boast an extensive menu to impress tourists and locals. And, if you’re an early riser, you can drop by for an adorably decorated cappuccino and a chocolate croissant.
